Adventures with Clay: Unleashing Creativity through Small Sculptures
Product and Packaging
-All pieces were and are made by hand by yours truly, from sculpting, to painting, to sealing; As such there will be minor subjective imperfections ie. uneven surfaces, uneven lines, cracked clay, etc, rest assured these do not affect the aesthetic and function of each piece. Pictures and videos of each product are posted in the website and my social media accounts for the customer's reference.
-Polymer clay is brittle and prone to breakage. It also has a tendency to soften upon exposure to heat, whether direct ie. customer used hair dryer on the figure, or indirect ie. hot room during summer. Minor damages can be repaired by the customer; Kilokilogamma will send a DIY repair guide upon request. Care instructions are also included in orders to guide the customers.
-Epoxy clay is sturdier than polymer clay but will still break if deliberately thrown or if dropped. Minor damages can be repaired by the customer; Kilokilogamma will send a DIY repair guide upon request. Care instructions are also included in orders to guide the customers
-'Test pieces' will have very visible paint chips and deformities. It will be indicated in the shop product description and reflected in the price.
-It is the customer's responsibility to peruse the product images and information posted in the Kilokilogamma website and/or social media pages. No additional requests and add-ons will be honored.
-Dimensions indicated in the product description are approximations and do not include packaging. Weight upon shipping will take into account packaging materials.
-Packaging will use recycled and recyclable materials --- brand names may be visible on the box, however this will be covered with craft paper wrapping with Kilokilogamma branding. Scrap papers will also be used to cushion an order other than reused bubble wraps. All reused packaging are checked and cleaned before use.
-All orders will be packaged properly and tightly; Emirates Post (the courier) also provides their own packaging on top of Kilokilogamma's.
-Kilokilogamma is based in Dubai, thus all orders will be shipped from the UAE.
Payment Policy
-Customers can pay via Paypal, and manual payment/bank transfer to ENBD (for clients in the UAE, AED account), or BDO (for clients in the Philippines, PHP account).
-It is the customer's responsibility to follow the outlined instructions should he opt for manual payment/bank transfer. Failure to follow will render the order request void.
-Instructions for manual payment/bank transfer are supplied by Kilokilogamma in the FAQ page. ENBD/BDO bank details will be sent to the buyer via email within 3 days of order request. Confirmation email will also be sent to the customer upon receipt of payment in our accounts. Customers can follow-up via this contact form.
-For manual payments/bank transfer: failure to pay the amount due as reflected in the emailed invoice within 2 days will render the order request void and the item will be listed as available in the shop.
-For manual payments/bank transfer: Kilokilogamma will use the conversion rate of the day for the order invoice.
-It is the customer's responsibility to input the correct information required during payment/bank transfer. Kilokilogamma will not be responsible for payment sent to the wrong account.
-Bank fees on the customer's end will not be shouldered by Kilokilogamma. Orders will only be processed once payment based on our invoice is received.
-Kilokilogamma reserves the right to decline an order and/or payment from a customer for any undisclosed reason relevant to the store; the concerned party will be sent an apology email as courtesy, while payments successfully made will be refunded to the customer.
Information Privacy
-Customers are required to supply their correct contact number with country code during checkout as required for Emirates Post delivery.
-Customers are required to supply their correct name, complete address (including zip or postal code, if applicable), and contact information during checkout. Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information are NOT eligible for return and/or exchange and/or refund.
-The customer's email will automatically be subscribed to the Kilokilogamma newsletter upon successful checkout and purchase. This can be unsubscribed later by the customer in their respective email provider.
-Kilokilogamma values customer privacy, we do NOT and will NOT deliberately share customer information to third-party apps and services.
Shipping Policy
-Prices shown in the shop do NOT include shipping fees, and customs and import taxes. Shipping fee will be computed at checkout, while applicable customs and import taxes will be shouldered by the buyer upon arrival at destination country.
-Kilokilogamma uses Emirates Post as courier, which takes 3 days minimum door-to-door international delivery. Information such as tracking number and delivery time will be sent to the customer via email upon dispatch.
-Contact number is required by Emirates Post for delivery, customers are required to input their correct number (including country code prefix) during checkout.
-It is the customer's responsibility to track their parcel(s) using the tracking number supplied.
-The courier's handling is not within Kilokilogamma's control. Kilokilogamma will not be answerable for damages on the packaging incurred during transit. However, customers are encouraged to supply their feedback regarding the delivery and the courier through this contact form.
-Customers with correct delivery details but lost packages are encouraged to inform us of the incident through this contact form. Kilokilogamma is not responsible for packages lost by the courier and will NOT do a return and/or exchange and/or refund, but we will try to help by getting in touch with the courier to trace the parcel.
-Packages delivered late is not the responsibility of Kilokilogamma. The customer is encouraged to reach out via this contact form within 14 days of late delivery so we can contact Emirates Post to track the parcel. Late packages are NOT eligible for return and/or exchange and/or refund. However, customers are encouraged to supply their feedback regarding delivery or the courier through this contact form.
Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy
-Kilokilogamma reserves the right to decline returns and/or exchange and/or refund if the item was damaged after transit, and/or if the damage is minor and easily repairable ie. shallow scratch, small crack. The customer will be sent a step-by-step DIY repair guide via email upon request.
-Items severely damaged during transit ie. completely broken apart, broken in half, completely deformed are eligible for refund. The customer must send an email to kilokilogamma@gmail.com with subject line "Refund request", along with photos/videos of said item. This documentation is required to help the customer better with this tedious process; Kilokilogamma will NOT honor a request for return and/or exchange and/or refund if there is no documentation.
-Damages incurred once an item is already in the customer's ownership/after transit, ie. warping, scratches, or broken parts incurred during an accident or through deliberate action, are NOT eligible for return and/or refund. Care instructions are included in each order detailing proper cleaning, clay characteristics, and possible solutions to repairable damages.
-Lost and late packages due to incorrect checkout address, missing postal code (if applicable), and no contact information, are NOT eligible for return and/or exchange and/or refund.
-Kilokilogamma is not responsible for the courier's delivery system, packages completely lost during transit is NOT eligible for return and/or exchange and/or refund.
