Adventures with Clay: Unleashing Creativity through Small Sculptures

What materials are the sculptures / ornaments made of? All details are listed in the gallery and/or shop.

Do you accept commissions? Not for now, except for select friends and family.

About pricing: All pieces are priced according to materials used; pieces made with epoxy clay are most likely pricier than those made with polymer or airdry clay.

What is the difference between epoxy clay and polymer clay? Epoxy clay is an airdry clay made of two-part compound, it is a lot sturdier and heavier than polymer clay; thus it is priced higher. Polymer clay is lighter and more brittle than epoxy clay, thin protruding parts are prone to breaking; it also warps and softens when exposed to heat. To help the customer keep their figure in proper form, all orders come with care instructions.

Do prices in the shop include shipping fee? No, shipping fee will be computed at checkout. Customs tax and import fees will be shouldered by the customer.

How do I care for my mini sculpture and/or ornaments? Use a soft brush or paint brush to dust your sculpture before wiping off with cloth. Do NOT wash. Polymer clay is prone to breakage, but broken pieces can be re-attached with superglue. Note: Your package will include care instructions and authenticity card (for sculptures and ornaments).

Manual payment/bank transfer instructions:

1. Send request to purchase: Send us an email at kilokilogamma@gmail.com with subject "order with ENBD/BDO" with a screenshot of the item you want to purchase, along with these information --- your name, complete address (with zip/post code, if applicable), email address, contact number (indicate your country code).

2. Wait for confirmation email: You will receive a confirmation email within 3 days that we have received your request to purchase and the item will be blocked off temporarily in the shop.

3. Payment: Pay the amount due reflected in the invoice included in the confirmation email within 2 days; failure to do so will render your purchase request void, and the product will made available in the shop.

4. Payment trail: Send us a screenshot of your payment via the same email thread as digital paper trail of our transaction. Please allow 2-3 days for payment to be processed in our account.

5. Wait for payment verification: You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment, and we will start packing your order.

6. Delivery: Once your package has been dispatched, you will be sent an in-transit email containing the tracking number and delivery period.

   Important: pushing through with this process and purchasing our products mean you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping information:

Shipping fee: prices shown in the shop does not include shipping fee, which will be computed at checkout. Shipping within the UAE is a flat rate of 30AED.

Important: Please make sure you enter your correct address (including zip or post code, if applicable), email, and contact number (with country code prefix) during checkout. These information are required by Emirates Post (the courier) to ensure correct delivery and will be kept confidential.

Confirmation email will be sent 2-3 days once I receive/verify your payment before packing. If you don't receive any, please email kilokilogamma@gmail.com.

Packaging: As I am a one man team, please allow 7 days for order processing. All items will use recycled and recyclable packaging (do not be surprised with brand names on your box), and I also encourage that you reuse said items if possible.

Courier: All items will be sent via Emirates Post. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has dispatched.

Customs and import taxes: prices in the shop does not include customs and import taxes; the customer will shoulder the customs fees and import taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Returns and refund:

Kilokilogamma is a very small business; I sculpt, paint, create each piece by hand. As such, subjective imperfections cannot be avoided. Minor chips and scratches are not eligible for return or refund. If you receive your item severely broken or damaged, please send me an email with videos/photos of damaged item at kilokilogamma@gmail.com to arrange an exchange or refund.

Tip: as personal practice, I always take an unboxing video of packages I receive for proof of possible damages incurred during transit.

Note: polymer clay is prone to breakage; small broken pieces can be re-attached with super glue.
